- Touch not working - Fingerprint not working I just used a wired cheap HP USB Keyboard connected to the USB-Adapter. Using a wired Mouse made it not work for me. I think this draws to much power. Connecting power to the USB-Adapter also made it not work. (This might be just for this Adapter) Remove all Sim cards! I had one in the second slot.
Some Huawei P20 Pro users were able to fix similar issues by charging the device thru a computer. Keep in mind that this suggestion will only work if there’s no hardware defect at all.
I'm using Google Pay (NFC, tap to pay) for quite some time now and it worked great. But suddenly it stopped working at all. It seems that the app won't recognize I'm holding the phone against a terminal. I checked that nfc is working (reading/writing Tags). I also reinstalled the app and rebooted the phone.
Try to refresh the phone software by doing a soft reset. This will remove any corrupt temporary data stored in the phone which could be causing the problem. Press and hold the Power and Volume
To do this, go to Settings > Location. If location services are off, turn them on and try to connect to GPS again. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your phone. If your phone still won’t connect to GPS, there may be an issue with your phone’s hardware or software. Go to Settings and navigate to Security.
